FCAW (Flux Cored Arc Welding) welding

(Time limit: 60~120 minutes)

  • 4G Carbon - plate manual "V" butt joint welding

  • Position: over head

  • Carbon Steel: ASTM A36* (12~25t × 75 × 200 mm or larger) – 2 sheets

  • Compliance with detailed specifications such as steel backing and tap pieces

  • Welding rod: AWS/SFA A5.20, E71T-1, ø1.4 mm

  • Shielding gas: CO2(99.9%)

GTAW (TIG) welding

(Time limit: 60~120 minutes)

  • 6G Carbon - pipe manual "V" butt joint welding

  • Position: pipe angle 45°

  • Pipe: Carbon Steel 2″ Sch 80 (5.5t) 130 or 150mm - 2 pieces

  • Welding rod: AWS/ASME SFA-5 ER70S-G, 2.4mm

  • Shielding gas: Argon (99.9%) 15~30 l/min

  • 6G SUS - pipe manual "V" butt joint welding

  • Position: pipe angle 45°

  • Pipe: Stainless Steel 316L 2″ Sch 80S (5.5t) 130 or 150mm – 2

  • Welding rod: AWS/ASME SFA-5.9 ER316L, 2.4mm

  • Shielding gas: Argon(99.9%)
